Symptom

Ghost 502 error is present on the application interface.

Service requests are in a failed state.

Cause

Incorrect server configuration is present.

Misconfigured proxy settings are present.

Solution

Proxy settings are configured correctly.

All relevant services are linked properly.

Verify

Server logs exist without persistent error messages.

All services are running as expected.

Expected result:

Application interface is operational without errors.

Service requests are complete without interruption.

Notes

All configuration changes are documented.

A backup of the previous configuration state exists.
