Symptom

SSL handshake errors occur when attempting to establish a secure connection.

Cause

The server is configured with an invalid SSL certificate or the certificate chain is incomplete.

Solution

Update the server configuration to use a valid SSL certificate and ensure the complete certificate chain is provided.

Verify

Check the SSL certificate validity and confirm that the certificate chain is correctly configured in the server settings.

Expected result:
