Symptom

SSL handshake error is present in the logs.

Client connections are rejected.

Cause

Incorrect SSL certificate configuration is present.

Cipher suites are not properly defined.

Solution

The SSL certificate is configured correctly.

The appropriate cipher suites are defined in the Nginx configuration.

Verify

The Nginx configuration is valid.

The SSL certificate is valid and properly installed.

Expected result:

Nginx is operational in establishing SSL connections.

No handshake errors are present in the logs.

Notes

The SSL certificate is valid and not expired.

Compatibility with required cipher suites for clients is maintained.
